He's here! We went in on Thursday morning to be induced. The Docs wanted him out sooner than later because his little abdomen was measuring small...which just meant he was getting hungry. Being induced was a different experience than I thought it would be like. My water broke with Bridger so it was all fast. It wasn't bad being induced, and even though it did...it didn't feel like it took forever. Chad and I just hung out...Chad ran some ties to the post office for me, rented a Red Box, He got some studying in, I read and bought some fabric online...it was a nice and relaxing day in the hospital just waiting for action.
Then at 12:15 am the action came and he was born!
He was wide eyed, alert, quite, and so precious!
My Mom(i mean Angel-in-disguise) had Bridger the whole time we were in the hospital. She brought him over on Friday and he wasn't so interested in me or the baby, but he's warmed up to him since. He always asks were he is and what he's doing. He's adjusting to the big change like I imagined he would...being naughty and emotional. Poor guy, he's so use to being the top dog around here. Hopefully he'll snap out of it soon.
So far, Bowen has been a very good baby. I love having a newborn in the house, it's such a peaceful and good feeling!
Thanks to everyone for your help with Bridger, meals, gifts, and prayers! We're so happy he's here!

Cute baby! Poor Bridger! It gets better I promise. Skye didn't want anything to do with CJ either, but now she loves him. Glad you are doing great. P.S. You are not supposed to look like that right after you have a baby, you are too cute. Hope Chad is surviving school.
Congratulations!! He is such a cutie. I am so happy for you guys. Can't wait to meet him, he'll probably be walking and talking before I get to see him but that's okay at least I get to see pictures of him. Give him a squeeze for me.

He is adorable. Poor Bridger...that's a rough transition. My kids are always little hellions when I have a newborn. It's like, "Who are you and what have you done with my kids?!" Hang in there, Rachel!

He is perfect!! I am sorry we have been such bad friends and haven't been out yet. We were in Wyoming all weekend and and then spent the week trying to get our house rented out. We would love to come see you this weekend sometime and I want to come get Bridger to play. You look amazing as ever and I still can't wait to see your little one.

Since I'm the 13th to comment I feel sorta bad, but I still beat Barb so I'm ahead of her. C'S is right about looking so beautiful upon delivering a child, but I expected nothing less of you Rach. Bridger will soon be so protective of his little brother and it brings a whole new happiness and joy to you as their parents. You're such a good and patient mom I hope that you are getting some help though! Wish I was there. Love you
