Pumpkin Carving

I've always liked carving pumpkins...my favorite part is scrapping out the insides and roasting the seeds...Yum. (rinse then off then toss them with some olive oil, seasoning salt and chili powder, bake them at 350 for 15 minor so and waala...roasted pumpkin seeds)This year it was fun to have the little Monster get down and dirty in the pumpkin guts with me!

Seeing Bridger with pumpkin guts all over him makes me excited to see what Daxton will think of all of that goop! Who know when we will actually get to pumpkin carving this year, but we DO have 5 pumpkins on our front door step just waiting, waiting, waiting!

So fun, Macee wouldn't even touch the guts she just wanted to play with the knives! Go figure! I tried out your roasted seed recipe and they were delicous!

How fun!! We still haven't carved our pumpkins. Two years ago Lamon and a friend carved out their pumpkins with power tools . . . that was quite interesting . . .

So cute! I love pumpkins. Watching kiddos is always fun. Looks like Bridger enjoyed his pumpkin guts as my kids call them.

Do you guys want to carve our pumpkins? Only put "Haynes" on it instead of Smith, because that just wouldn't make sense for us. Seriously. Would you? :)

That's awesome. My kids wouldn't touch the guts. Personally, I think it's kind of sad because that's my favorite part too. :)
